The Charleston photo below is one uploaded by Clay (I think) in PSE-GroundUp.  He said he wished the people, sign, and stop lights weren't in the photo.  I tried to remove them for him--probably my most ambitious cloning and patching project.  I confess.  It's one I had in the files and not one I did for this homework.  But maybe it fits the assignment.

In a repair project such as this one, I like to use separate layers for cloning different sections.  That way if I have go back and undo parts, I can erase or adjust on the separate layer and not on the photo itself.  This file had 35 layers.  The finished result is below the original.
